Clipbill is an online invoicing tool built for Australian freelancers and NDIS support workers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clipbill website and service (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in Australia to use Clipbill. By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@clipbill.com.au.
Clipbill offers a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription automatically continues at AUD $15 per month, billed to the card you provided at sign-up.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Clipbill does not store your full card details. By providing payment information you authorise us to charge your card for the subscription amount on each renewal date.
If a payment fails we will notify you by email. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period we may suspend access to your account until payment is brought up to date.
The Service is intended for legitimate business invoicing purposes. You may use Clipbill to:

We take fraud involving NDIS billing seriously. Any suspected fraudulent use will be reported to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and relevant authorities.
You own all invoice data, client information, and other content you create using Clipbill. We do not claim any ownership over it. By storing data in the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Clipbill is a tool to help you create invoices efficiently. It is your responsibility to check that all details — including rates, hours, NDIS line items, and amounts — are correct before sending an invoice to a client or the NDIS. Clipbill does not guarantee that invoices generated will satisfy any particular regulatory requirement, and we accept no liability for errors in invoices you create.
All software, design, branding, and other materials that make up the Clipbill service are owned by us and protected by Australian intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any licence to use our branding or intellectual property outside of normal use of the Service.
We aim to keep Clipbill running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the Service offline for maintenance. We will try to give advance notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Clipbill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee or consumer right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
